1kW EBike Motor Controller

Designed, built, tested, and coded eight iterations of a 1kW 60V brushless motor driver.

  • Integrates three H-bridges, a MOSFET driver, a buck converter, and a ยตC in a two-layer, 20cmยฒ board.
  • Implements space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) motor commutation.
